Initial Perfect Circle Product Demonstrations use a generic Remote Control software product called "tight VNC" which allows you to connect to your salespersons demo desktop in order to see how you might use PCS software in your environment. You will be able to view your salespersons desktop an the PCS functionality.
You must fist install this Remote Control software. You only need install the "viewer" portion, and the software is easily removed after the demonstration. You can download and install the Remote Control software from the following link.

More advanced Perfect Circle Product Evaluations use our This Client (internet based) technology to allow you to connect to a live production version of PCS software on one of our servers. One of our Sales Reps will then "Shadow" your connection allowing either you or the salesperson to run the software as you talk on the phone. This connection and shadowning technology is available with all your Perfect Circle Software products.

To get started, first download and install our PCS Thin Client. This software runs on all Windows platforms and allows you to see, update and print the information located on PCS Servers. This Thin Client software will not do any harm to your computer. It will install several files in a PCS Client directory in Program Files, make a startup shortcut on your desktop and start menu, and make some registry enties which are removed if/when you uninstall the PCS Thin Client.

If you are intending to run a retail store, also download the POS (Point of Sale) Register client below so you can see how the back office functions interact with the POS Registers in the stores. Remember with Perfect Circle Solutions's Remote Operations technology, you can watch POS transaction as they are occuring in New York from your boat in Hawaii.
PCS Register Setup v4.2.77 to download a POS Register thin client. This Register thin client is different than the regular thin client in that it requires you to assign a Company ID, Store ID and Register ID to this client which will be used eash time it starts, thus mimicing a regular POS register.
After you have downloaded the Standard and possibly the Register client, call your Perfect Circle Sales Rep at 619.817-8440 opt 2, to receive specific connection information for your demo.
Perfect Circle Products are complete business systems designed to make every day transactions very easy, and to prevent data entry operators from making errors. In order to make the data entry error free, the business rules must be configured into your Perfect Circle Software to tell the system what is allowed, and what is not allowed. The managers that establish the business rules have the harder job in that the business rules need to be precise and specific, fortunately, they only have to configure the system once. Because so much of the functionality of the system can be turned on or off, PCS requires a salesperson to take the operator through the software during the sales process. This way, you can focus on what the software does or doesn't do, rather that how it is configured for any specific option.

You will then be instructed to start your PCS Thin Client to connect to one of the servers at Perfect Circle Solutions. The sales person will then connect to your session, and run the demonstration for you. You will be able to see all screens, entered data, and reports. You can also print reports to your Windows printers if you like.
